By now, you've seen West Virginia defensive back Darwin Cook's 99-yard fumble return for a touchdown during yesterday's Orange Bowl. However, what you may not have seen is that after Cook ran through the end zone, he tackled the Orange Bowl mascot.
Poor Obie was minding his own business when Cook comes around, slaps him upside the head, then pulls down Obie from behind. That wasn't very nice.
Obie played along by pretending to get sick in a trash can, but in reality we think the guy (or girl) inside the costume was OK.
UPDATE: Cook found out afterwards that inside the costume was a girl.
