University of Alabama freshman Jack Blankenship, the kid who made a cardboard cutout of his own goofy face, has become an Internet sensation after a photo was him was captured by a Birmingham News photographer at an Alabama basketball game.
Well, it's time for Blankenship to start cashing in, as he was at Madison Square Garden Monday night to watch the New York Knicks host the New Jersey Nets. Blankenship brought his trademark cardboard cutout face and was wearing a Jeremy Lin T-shirt (what else?).
Blankenship will appear on NBC's "Today" show on Tuesday morning, which explains why this Alabama freshman is in New York City and probably will not be attending his classes on Tuesday.
