On Sunday, Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Menunori Kawasaki had the game winning hit with a walk-off double that drove in two runs in the bottom of the ninth to clinch a 6-5 victory over the Baltimore Orioles.
Kawasaki's postgame interview was a bit quirky, as he introduced himself to fans and looked up some phrases from his translation book to talk about his walk-off hit. However, Kawasaki's interview was cut short by teammates who pied him and doused him with Gatorade. All in all, it seems the Blue Jays have really embraced "Muni".
