Michigan State Spartans head football coach Mark Dantonio refused to discuss the clock management of his team's final offensive drive in the first half of Saturday's game against Northwestern.
Michigan State started at their own 25 with 1:52 remaining in the half but were only able to reach the Northwestern 36 yard line before time ran out on them. As the teams headed to the locker room for halftime, Dantonio was asked by ESPN's Quint Kessenich to describe the clock management on the last drive, to which Dantonio curtly responded "Ask me a different question."
Well, that's not very nice. Hopefully Dantonio will lighten up a bit by the end of the game, as the Spartans extended their 14-6 halftime lead to 23-6 at the end of the third quarter.
H/T Dr. Saturday.
