In Saturday soccer action from Spain, Real Madrid midfielder Gareth Bale sat out the second half of Saturday's 2-0 victory after taking a kick to the groin from Granada defender Jeison Murillo.
It happened just eight minutes into the game as Bale was dribbling the ball when Murillo charged straight towards him and took him down with the full kick to the groin. Murillo received a yellow card for his actions.
Bale went down for the count and needed time to recover, but did finish the first half before sitting out the second.
