Upton wore a Tigers cap and appeared to wrap herself in a University of Michigan jacket, allowing herself to stay a bit under the radar within the crowd of fans.
Verlander started out strong but was taken out of the game after getting roughed up in the sixth inning. In the end, Verlander had a disappointing performance, giving up seven runs on eight hits as he earned the loss as the Tigers lost to the White Sox 8-2.
