A woman sitting in the second row behind the Charlotte Hornets bench suffered a bloody nose after being hit square in the face with a loose ball during the second quarter of Wednesday night's game against Sacramento.
The woman was being shown something on her companion's cell phone and never saw the ball coming as Lance Stephenson threw a bad pass through the hands of Gerald Henderson.
The woman was treated for the bloody nose, but was able to remain in her seat, which is a good thing because things could have been a lot worse. This should serve as a good reminder for fans at sporting events to make sure to pay attention to what's going on - especially in the front rows.
