Video: Astros Fan Runs Onto Field, Climbs Three Walls to Avoid Security

If you've been to enough baseball games, you'll see your share of idiots, er, fans who are trying to be cool by running onto the field.  In all the cases we've seen before, they're caught by security on the field, or just after they leave the field (and if they're lucky enough, they're taken down really hard, like the guy at Fenway Park earlier this month).  However, at Minute Maid Park in Houston on Friday night, in the bottom of the ninth with two outs and the hometown Astros losing to the New York Mets, 6-4, one fan dared to become the exception, and appears to have succeeded.

The fan in this video, who has yet to be named, climbed three walls to avoid security and (appeared to) make it of the stadium, to the thrill of the Astros fans.

The question remains:  what happened next?  ESPN's Adam Rubin says the fan was arrested outside the stadium, but he seems to simply be taking the word of an Astros employee.  We have no secondary confirmation of this at this time.

The Houston Astros clearly need to upgrade their on-field security.  Fans everywhere are going to see this video and think that maybe they too can run on the field without getting caught, so you're going to have more idiots making spectacles of themselves.  That's not a good thing.
