Give credit to Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco for keeping himself busy with interesting challenges during the NFL lockout. First, trying out for Sporting KC of the MLS, and now following through on a challenge from the Professional Bull Riders association to ride a bull.
This happened last night in Duluth, Ga. at the Lucas Oil Invitational. Ochocinco received $10,000 just for showing up and getting on the bull. If he were able to stay on the bull for 8 seconds, he would win a Ford F-150 truck and have the rights to rename the bull he would be riding on.
That bull's name was Deja Blu. Here is the resulting footage:
Officially, Ochocinco lasted 1.45 seconds. However, there wasn't much "riding" going on, as Ochocinco started falling off the bull as soon as the gate opened, and it took 1.45 seconds for him to finally hit the ground. After narrowly avoiding being stepped on, he quickly ran out of the bull's path.
In the end, he seemed to have a good time and avoided serious injury.
