Who says figure skating isn't a contact sport? The Canadian pair of Eric Radford and Megan Duhamel encountered some unexpected trouble during their short program performance at the world figure skating championships this past Wednesday.
To their credit, they completed the rest of their routine. Afterwards, however, Radford looked like he had just came out of a boxing ring. Maybe next time he needs to skate with a hockey mask.

Radford threw a spinning Duhamel in the air, but as she came down and Radford prepared to catch her, she came in too close. Still rotating, she popped Radford in the nose with her elbow.
