ESPN "Baseball Tonight" analyst (and former Chicacgo Cubs outfielder) Doug Glanville had the privilege of throwing out the first pitch for Wednesday's Cubs game at Wrigley Field against the Philadelphia Phillies...and managed to embarrass himself in the process.
Here's video of the pitch that just a bit high...and by a bit high, I mean about 10 feet over Cubs outfielder Tony Campana's head. Glanville actually makes John Wall's first pitch last month look much better in comparison, and this deserves serious consideration for worst first pitch of the year.
With the season that the Cubs have been having, it must go with the territory.
