At Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on Wednesday night, the Texas Rangers provided fans with enteratinment from what is soon to be the next viral Internet sensation: a breakdancing batboy.
He goes by the name of BBoy McCoy. After developing his routine at minor league baseball games for a few years, a recent appearance at a triple-A game for Round Rock got the attention of team owner Nolan Ryan. Since Ryan happens to be the vice president of in-park entertainment, he brought in McCoy for his major league debut.
It's clear from the video that McCoy's major league debut was a smashing success. In fact, the Texas Rangers broadcast team enjoyed McCoy's performance as much as the fans did.
