Tiger Woods is obviously out of the PGA tournament after today's second round, but he was in it long enough to make one fan in a blue shirt an Internet sensation.
As Tiger took his second shot at the second hole today (which happened to be the second round of the tournament), he appeared to get a good shot off. However, one fan in particular, wearing a blue shirt, seemed overly excited and couldn't wait to get himself in front of a camera to express himself.
Unfortunately, there is no footage showing what this guy's reaction was after Tiger missed the cut.
