The New York Islanders opened their NHL season Saturday night against the Florida Panthers. FOX's New York affliate WNYW stopped by Nassau Coliseum Saturday morning and did a live segment on the ice as the Islanders Ice Girls were preparing for Opening Night.
As one of the girls was being interviewed, the camera panned out to some of the other girls skating around the ice, and one of them promptly wiped out as if on cue.
Fortunately the girl was not identified and appeared to be OK after the fall, but they did air a replay of the fall as if to get a few more laughs from the people at home.
