In the third quarter of today's NFL game in Oakland, Raiders defensive lineman Richard Seymour was ejected for throwing a punch at Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito.
During a run play to the opposite side of the field, Seymour and Incognito were blocking against each other. Seymour had his right hand to the chin of Incognito while throwing two punches to the head with his left hand. No excuses for that.
UPDATE: Seymour was fined $30,000 by the NFL for this incident.
