Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson suffered a season-ending knee injury against the Washington Redskins a week ago. Although he is still recovering in a hospital bed, it didn't stop Peterson from celebrating New Year's Eve with his family and sending a shout out to his fans via Twitter.
Looks like Peterson is trying to make the best of the situation. He has some time to rehabilitate his knee. Let's hope he's ready for next season.
