After the Baltimore Ravens' heartbreaking loss to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game, linebacker Ray Lewis gave a powerful speech to his teammates in the locker room to put things in perspective...and get the team in the right frame of mind for the offseason.
Lewis' teammates were probably very happy to hear that he would be returning for the 2012 season. Based on this locker room speech, you can understand why the Ravens still need him. Although Lewis may have lost a step, he is still as much of a leader on this team as he ever was.
