Recently we pointed out that TNT's newest NBA analyst Shaquille O'Neal needed to work on his math skills. Apparently Shaq needs to take some geography lessons as well.
On TNT's Inside the NBA Monday night, Shaq tried to give Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio the nickname "The Italian Pete Maravich". That's all well and good, except for one problem: Ricky Rubio is from Spain.
So what is TNT to do? Does the network send Shaq to basketball school so he can be a little more accurate with his facts? Or should they just leave him alone and have Shaq keep us laughing with these unintentional hilarious goofs?
Of course, you have to wonder whether that Christmas tree that landed on Shaq during the Christmas week hit him in the head harder than we thought.
