A Premier League soccer match in England between Everton and Manchester City was stopped for about 5 minutes Sunday when a fan ran onto the pitch and handcuffed himself to one of the goalposts. Police had to grab a set of bolt-cutters to remove the fan from the field.
The fan was apparently protesting against the hiring practices of Ryanair, a discount airline based in Ireland, because the airline did not give his daughter a job.
Not sure how this man's arrest is going to help his daughter's job prospects.
H/T Dirty Tackle.
