A man in the front row of the reporters booth behind home plate at Petco Park caught a foul ball Tuesday night as the San Diego Padres hosted the Arizona Diamondbacks.
It happened in the top of the fourth inning as Diamondbacks third baseman Ryan Roberts hit a high foul ball behind home plate. The man, with an MLB.com laptop, stood up to make a barehanded grab, acknowledged the crowd, and went right back to work.
