San Jose Sharks defenseman Marc-Edouard Vlasic had a bad start to Saturday's playoff game against the St. Louis Blues when he accidentally put the puck in his own net, giving the Blues the first goal of the game.
Sharks goaltender Antti Niemi stopped a shot on goal from Blues forward Vladimir Sobotka, but the puck trickled behind him into the goal crease. Vlasic was merely trying to clear the puck from the crease, but Vlasic ended up tapping the puck right into the net.
Vlasic must have been feeling a little sour after that one. Sorry, couldn't resist.
