Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin suffered a nasty cut as his tooth went through his lip after a collision with San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili in the second quarter of Sunday's NBA Western Conference playoff game.
Griffin and Ginobili were chasing after a loose ball when Ginobili's shoulder bumped into Griffin's face, knocking him down. Ironically, the Clippers came down with the rebound and were able to score a basket on the other end while Griffin was still down on the floor.
The Spurs defeated the Clippers 102-99 to complete a sweep of their playoff series and advance to the Western Conference Finals.
