Retired Atlanta Braves ace John Smoltz attempted a weather forecast during a recent appearance on The Weather Channel, covering the weather for some baseball cities.
Smoltz took a serious take on his weather forecast, unlike Texas Rangers pitcher Derek Holland, who goofed around while doing a local weather forecast in Texas back in December.
Smoltz got some tips from meteorologist Eric Fisher and gained an appreciation for the job, but will probably stick to being a baseball analyst for now.
