On Friday night at Fenway Park, a Boston Red Sox fan sitting next to the visiting dugout snapped some pictures of Tampa Bay Rays manager Joe Maddon during the top of the second inning. Normally there's nothing wrong with that, except that Maddon was standing right next to the fan on the top step of the dugout.
The fan had no shame in using the opportunity to stick his camera phone right in Maddon's face and take the extreme close-up shot from a foot away. Maddon tried to pretend the Red Sox fan wasn't there, which must have been hard to do with a stranger invading his personal space. To Maddon's credit, he appeared to keep his cool, despite the awkwardness of the situation.
