On Thursday, Jamaican superstar sprinter Usain Bolt won the 100 meter race at the international Diamond League meet in Oslo. After the race, however, Bolt had to slam on the brakes a little quicker than he was expecting as he crashed into a blonde flower girl who was running across the track.
At first, Bolt impulsively jumped as if he were trying to leap around the girl, knocking her backwards in the process. However, Bolt was able to grab the flower girl as she was falling down and was able to keep her from landing on her back.
Talk about bad timing. Memo to Diamond League meet organizers: Don't let this happen again.
