St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Lance Lynn knocked his hat off his head while throwing a pitch during Friday's game at Wrigley Field against the Chicago Cubs.
It happened in the bottom of the second inning on an 0-2 pitch to Cubs batter Luis Valbuena. Lynn pulled his hat off while bringing his hands back to the front of his body from behind his head, and it fell to the ground as he threw the pitch. Lynn still managed to throw the pitch right down the middle of the plate, which Valbuena fouled off.
Lynn pitched five innings and got the win in a 9-6 Cardinals victory.
