A fan at Friday night's Toronto Blue Jays game against the Cleveland Indians caught a foul ball with his legs as he was heading to his seat with refreshments.
It happened in the top of the first inning as Indians second baseman Jason Kipnis hit a foul ball into the left field stands. The ball bounced in the aisle towards a fan who had his hands full of refreshments. The fan tried to catch the ball with his arms but ended up catching it with his thighs, right below his groin.
As the fan had no free hands to pick up the ball from his thighs, another Blue Jays fan was generous to help him out by reaching for the ball and handing it to him. However, because of the proximity to the man's groin, it was clearly an awkward moment for everyone involved, prompting a broadcaster to say "What's going on down there?"
