As the Olympic torch relay made its way through the city of Coventry as it travels through the United Kingdom, two children made their way past security and into the street where they tried to steal the Olympic torch.
The torchbearer briefly let the boys hold the Olympic torch before realizing that they were trying to run away with it, so he pulled it away just as security arrived to get the kids out of the street. The kids were not arrested, but hopefully got a good scolding from their parents.
The Olympic torch is making its journey through the UK before it reaches its final destination of London for the opening ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics on July 27th.
