A Pittsburgh Pirates fan brang a cowbell to Saturday's MLB game at PNC Park as a prescription for his "Bucco Fever".
"Bucco Fever" is taking hold in Pittsburgh as the Pirates are contending for a playoff spot and playing great baseball. And, of course, "more cowbell" is a reference to the legendary Saturday Night Live skit featuring Will Ferrell, Jimmy Fallon and Christopher Walken back in 2000.
Unfortunately, the cowbell was not a prescription for a Pirates victory, as they lost to the visiting San Diego Padres 5-0.
