The U.S. gold medalist women's gymnastics team (a.k.a. "The Fierce Five") continued their promotional tour with an appearance at Thursday night's MTV Video Music Awards.
Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross and Jordyn Wieber were all on stage to introduce a performance by Alicia Keys and her new song "Girl on Fire".
As an added bonus, Gabby Douglas got to demonstrate her gymnastic skills on stage during the song, which also featured Nicki Minaj.
