Jamaican sprinter (and Olympic gold medalist) Usain Bolt made a cameo appearance on the opening sketch of Saturday Night Live this weekend, appearing in two sketches.
Bolt appeared as himself during SNL's opening sketch, which was a recreation of Thursday's Vice Presidential debate. Bolt was asked by Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan (played by cast member Taran Killam) to vouch for his claim that he won the 100 meter race at this summer's London Olympics. Of course, that was something that Bolt couldn't do.
Later in the episode, Bolt made a brief appearance on the recurring SNL soap opera sketch "The Californians", as a man looking for his biological father. Unfortunately, we may never find out how that story ends.
