Golden State Warriors rookie forward Draymond Green was excited after making the first basket of his NBA career Wednesday night, a three-point shot in the second quarter against the Atlanta Hawks. However, he might have been a little too excited, as officials assessed Green with a technical foul for taunting.
Apparently the officials called the technical on Green for something he said. The video shows Green shouting as he backpedals after making the shot, but it didn't seem out of the ordinary. Were the officials overreaching here?
