Illinois head football coach Tim Beckman was run over by an official during Saturday's game against Northwestern.
It happened late in the first quarter while Northwestern was running back an interception of an Illinois pass. Beckman was standing right in the path of the linesman following the play, who appeared to use his forearm to knock Beckman to the ground. Adding insult to injury, the official flagged Beckman for sideline interference.
Northwestern scored a touchdown two plays later, and the Wildcats were on their way to a dominating 50-14 victory.
