The entire Houston Texans team received varsity-style letterman jackets Friday, just in time for their trip to New England for Monday night's game against the Patriots.
We had our doubts as to why an NFL team would want such jackets, until we saw the photo of linebacker Connor Barwin and defensive end Antonio Smith wearing them. We must say: they do look awesome.
Texans players who were on last year's team will receive patches for winning the 2011 AFC South division title, and they hope to earn more patches for future division titles and possible conference and Super Bowl championships.
