Knicks celebrate Heat rout with 'discount double-check' (Video + GIF)

The New York Knicks celebrated down the stretch of Thursday night's 112-92 rout of the Miami Heat by using the championship belt move, a.k.a. the "discount double-check", made famous by Aaron Rodgers.

Steve Novak has been known to use the move after making key 3-point shots, and he did it last night after making one with 4:52 left in the fourth quarter that gave the Knicks a 19-point lead, their largest of the game at that point.

After Novak make a two-pointer less than a minute later, Rasheed Wallace used the discount double-check while watching from the bench.

TNT analyst Marv Albert was all too eager to make the discount double-check reference, given that the primary sponsor for TNT's Knicks-Heat telecast was State Farm Insurance. How convenient.

The Knicks have plenty to celebrate right now as they have the best record in the Eastern Conference at 14-4, including two 20-point wins over the Heat.
