Canadian-born actress Rachel McAdams, who has starred in noteable films such as The Notebook and Wedding Crashers, sat courtside during Monday night's Toronto Raptors game at the Air Canada Centre.
As her presence was announced to the crowd by the PA announcer, McAdams was approached by Toronto's mascot, The Raptor, who came bearing gifts of roses and a plush Raptor doll. McAdams happily accepted the gifts and allowed The Raptor to give her a kiss on the cheek (although with the size of the Raptor's teeth, McAdams might be lucky that her ear wasn't bitten off).
The Raptor deserves credit for his gentlemanly approach with McAdams. It turned out to be a nice moment, unlike the awkwardness of 50 Cent's approach with Erin Andrews.
