An Atlanta Hawks cheerleader had to be taken off the court on a stretcher during a timeout in Monday night's game against the Dallas Mavericks after slipping during a dance routine and hitting her head on the floor face first.
The cheerleader (whose name is Kristen) was taken to Atlanta Medical Center and was released after being examined by physicians. The good news is she's letting her Twitter followers know that she's OK:
After a scary trip to the Hospital, I'm back at home and resting up so I can get back to cheering for my Hawks, love you guys and God Bless!
