Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco was ejected from Tuesday's game at Progressive Field after he drilled New York Yankees batter Kevin Youkilis with a pitch immediately after giving up a home run to Robinson Cano.
It happened in the top of the fourth inning after Cano's home run gave the Yankees a 7-0 lead. Carrasco threw his next pitch high and inside to Youkilis, hitting him in the shoulder. Home plate umpire Jordan Baker immediately ejected Carrasco without a warning.
Carrasco was suspended five games back in 2011 for doing the same thing against the Kansas City Royals.
Youkilis got a measure of revenge in his next at-bat by hitting a 2-run homer to help the Yankees rout the Indians 14-1.
