The Dallas Stars were a little overzealous in trying to score a game-tying goal at the end of Tuesday night's game against the San Jose Sharks, but somehow the officials missed the fact that the Stars had seven men on the ice.
The extra man didn't help as the Sharks wrapped up the 3-2 victory to clinch a playoff spot, and the Stars appear to be heading home for the summer.
