New York Knicks guard J.R. Smith drew a foul on Indiana Pacers forward David West with the help of a move that should be considered for NBA flop of the year during Sunday's Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
It happened in the fourth quarter as Smith was gently bumped on a screen by West while guarding Lance Stephenson. Smith's over-the-top theatrics helped get the foul call, but didn't help get the win as the Pacers beat the Knicks 102-95.
