Miami Marlins double-A prospect Jake Marisnick hit two grand slam home runs in consecutive innings for the Jacksonville Suns during an 11-2 victory in Thursday night's game against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
The grand slams came in the seventh and eighth innings, both with two outs. Marisnick finished the game with a total of 9 RBIs (including an RBI double in the first inning), setting a team record and tying a league record.
By the way, could the broadcaster in the video show any less enthusiasm on the Marisnick home runs?
