A Baltimore Orioles fan used an umbrella to reach a baseball stuck on a railing during the third inning of Sunday's game at Camden Yards.
The ball somehow landed on a girder below an upper level of seats at the stadium. Some fans in the front row tried to reach over the railing to grab it, but an usher wisely advised them against it. However, one clever Orioles fan had an umbrella with him, and he was able to use it to reach over and scoop up the ball.
Just goes to show that it pays to be prepared.
