Anthony Rendon HR hits Phillies fan in head (Video)

A home run ball by Washington Nationals second baseman Anthony Rendon hit a Philadelphia Phillies fan in the head during the fifth inning of Wednesday night's game at Citizens Bank Park.

Rendon hit the line drive solo home run hard and fast to left field, and the Phillies fan had trouble judging the ball as it came at him. No word as to the fan's condition, but we hope he is OK.
