New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez stole a home run celebration move from Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz after hitting a home run in the sixth inning of Sunday night's game at Fenway Park.
A-Rod had motivation for taunting the Red Sox after being deliberately drilled with a pitch by Red Sox starter Ryan Dempster in the second inning. After A-Rod hit a solo HR to deep center field, he ran around the bases and stopped on home plate, where he clapped his hands and pointed to the sky, a la Big Papi.
A-Rod's HR inspired his teammates, who scored three more runs in the sixth to take a 7-6 lead in the game en route to a 9-6 Yankees victory.
