In English Premier League soccer action, Cardiff City FC forward Craig Bellamy poured water over a referee's head during a brief stoppage in the first half of Monday's 3-2 upset victory over Manchester City.
Bellamy took a sip from his water bottle before making the impulse decision to pour the rest of its contents over the head of referee Lee Probert. Surprisingly, Probert actually laughed about it and did not issue Bellamy a penalty.
We wouldn't recommend this to the young soccer players at home, as we would expect this behavior would result in a yellow card most of the time.
