In baseball action from the Korea Baseball Organization, slugger Lee Taek-keun of the Nexen Heroes flipped his bat after he thought he hit a home run on a deep fly ball to left field in the third inning of Saturday's game against the Samsung Lions. Unfortunately, the ball died on the warning track and the Samsung outfielder caught it for the final out of the inning, leaving Lee Taek-keun a bit embarrassed after his premature celebration.
The KBO has more than its share of premature bat flips this season, but it seems that players still have to learn their lesson the hard way.
