Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose scored his first basket of the new NBA season by using a spectacular move to slice through two Miami Heat defenders while finishing with a layup during Tuesday night's season opener at AmericanAirlines Arena.
It was Rose's first regular season action since the 2011-2012 season after missing all of last season while recovering from a knee injury.
Unfortunately, the Bulls weren't able to keep pace with the Heat, who won the game 107-95. Rose scored 12 points on 4-for-15 shooting.
