The ESPN College Gameday crew visited the campus of Northwestern for Saturday's show, and Northwestern expressed its gratitude by giving the hosts customized Northwestern football jerseys. Unfortunately, the people that Northwestern held responsible for having these jerseys made forgot to use spellcheck, as some of the last names on the back of the jerseys were spelled wrong.
Kirk Herbstreit's name was spelled "HERBSTRIET", and David Pollack's name was spelled "POLLOCK".
We thought Northwestern University had a better level of academics than most. How did they mess this up?
