Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose scored the game-winning basket with 5.7 seconds left to wrap up an 82-81 win over the New York Knicks.
Rose was only 6-for-22 shooting for the night up until that point, but had no hesitations about taking the most important shot of the game. Rose had Raymond Felton and Tyson Chandler defending him, but was able to knock it down over both of them. Knicks superfan Spike Lee was in attendance, and he was not happy.
Rose led the Bulls in scoring with 18 points along with 6 rebounds.
