Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was injured in the second quarter of Sunday's game in Baltimore. From the sidelines, Peterson witnessed a crazy fourth quarter which featured 5 touchdowns in the final 2:05 of the game.
Peterson was upset after the game, but it wasn't only because the Vikings came up on the short end in a 29-26 loss to the Ravens. Peterson complained via Twitter about the Ravens fan base, who he claims threw snowballs during the fourth quarter, along with what he judged to be bad officiating:
However, Peterson apparently also witnessed snowballs being thrown by Ravens fans during that fourth quarter, which he did not appreciate:
Peterson claims that some of those "ice balls" came from the top deck, which we can not confirm. If anyone has more information to confirm or deny these claims, please add your comments.
